Hi Ladies! Hope you are all having a marvelous Monday power walking. Week three has arrived and I am so impressed that we have made it this far! This week the running times stay the same (with a little less walking) so maybe it won't be too bad. When I am completely over each of our running days I tell myself that running 30 minutes is only like two percent of my day and too suck it up. Speaking of two, I am not sure why (I have been working out like an animal) I have gain two pounds since we started. Yeah for me!
