Okay, so the second week of SHD training has begun. I just got back from my walk/run, and I must admit running two minutes was more difficult than one. I pulled through, though, and I'm pretty proud. I just kept looking down at my brand new white SHD t-shirt. . .ya'll really need to order one! Kate-have you sent the stretching material?
